while working a full time office job. Realized I couldn’t do it all, so I took a leap of faith and quit my salary job towards the end of 2019.

I had the opportunity to meet so many great people in the industry, collaborated with some dope ass team members, learned so much about the industry, experienced my brokerage being dissolved, ended 2019 with 12 transactions and $7,655,00.

Anticipated 2020 to be my year where I “crush it.” So I set a goal to help 24 families.

2020: 24 Families served at $19,046,000 (5 months without a deal)

January - March 2020: Had about 4 listings, so I was hopeful to “do well” in my business.

End of March 2020: Lockdown! With 4 listings, Real estate wasn’t an essential business, no showings/open houses, all of my buyers went quite (Nervous AF).

March 2020 - July 2020: Slowest time of my business (even more nervous) because I had listings that were not getting any action, did about 5889854 zoom meetings, worked on branding, baked a bunch of shit, and went 5 months without a paycheck!"

July 2020-December 2020: Phone started ringing like crazy, did about 38474 zoom buyers consultations, had a few cancelled listings, lost on some offers, lost some sleep, started home schooling, gained like 10 pounds from all the baking I did, witness #FASTREALESTATE take off, and continued to work, work, work, work, work (in my @badgalriri voice).

Through the roller coaster ride of 2020, I kept pushing and was fortunate to help 24 families and almost tripled my sales volume."

2021: 43 Families served at $34,098,00

2022: 32 Families served at 27,703, 831

2023: 16 Families served at 12,476,000 (so far)

Consistently the #1 Top Producer out of 200++ Agents of the #1 in Sales Volume Team in Northern California
